Alpha Lambda Theta provides our members with a spirit of sisterhood while navigating through this thing called life. As a member you build a solid foundation with other like-minded individuals in an attempt to reach life, business and educational goals while giving back to the community. In the attempt to reach our goals, we learn the true definition of what sisterhood really mean when having to navigate throughout life trails and tribulations.

We are a non-collegiate, professional and social organization that promotes sisterhood, entrepreneurship, education and community outreach. Becoming a Diva of Alpha Lambda Theta is a lifelong commitment. Each member plays an important role in making the Divas thrive within the community. Our primary goal is to become a better version of ourselves than we were the day before.
